Love: (n) a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection, as for a parent, child, or friend.

Just a little sneak peek into our wonderful July 4th weekend. And I don’t say ‘wonderful’ lightly. We had a memorable, amazing weekend that will go down in the annals of my mind as one of the highlights of my life. I’m not exaggerating. It was stellar. It was simple. It was sunny. Relaxing. And happy. We spent much of our weekend days down by the sea– Mystic Seaport & Harkness. Oh, how I love Connecticut.

More to come, but this one makes me so, so happy:

Man, I love these kids.

And since he can say it so much better than I, here’s a piece from Alfred, Lord Tennyson himself:

“Break, break, break, On thy cold gray stones, O sea! And I would that my tongue could utter The thoughts that arise in me”.
