So, so fun.

I love sessions like this one. Busy, running, laughing, chasing. Kids. Joyful, intense, moving-non-stop. And in the fast, fleeting moments, we get glimpses into the unabashed fun of being a child. With the help of a really fast camera and an even faster lens, that’s where favorite images are found.

One of the biggest compliments I can receive as a photographer is a call-back for another session from a previous client. I don’t take it lightly, and always enjoy watching families grow. Remember this session? Here are Cami and Boden this year. Adorable, as ever.

Boden. Cute, funny, a one-year-old boy with dark, reflective eyes.

And soft baby toes.

He likes movement. And bubbles.

He likes water. And splashing in it.

And most of all, he loves to smile. Which makes everyone else smile right along with him.  Here’s why:

Four-year-old Cami. Quiet, well-behaved, and an all-around sweetheart with big, brown eyes.

And she’s a budding artist. She brought me this beautiful card.  Thanks, Cami!

She’s playful, and happy, and had a little twinkle in her eyes the whole time I was photographing her.

She’s just a nice little girl, with good manners.

But the very best thing of all? She’s a really good big sister.
