This post is tardy, but still rather fun.

Last month, my little sister (ahem, by only one year) turned 30. So we threw her a ‘surprise’ party at Kara’s condo. Seeing that it has become a little tradition in the Ryan family to throw a surprise 3oth, it was a little difficult keeping it under wraps. Colleen may have had a slight inkling of what was to come. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and were able to surprise her with at least one part of the day– an impromptu expense-paid shopping trip to the outlets as soon as the birthday brunch was over. Nothing like shopping with your sisters!
