If we could have written a perfect dream plan for how May would turn out, it would have been just like the reality experienced last month. It was just right. Full of long and starry nights, pretty weather, happy memories, laughter, and some bursts of sun. A commencement and a hope for the future. Ice cream and evening walks and green grass. Gardens and roses and seeds and fresh-cut bouquets in every room. Full of sand and sea and Cape Cod and complete and total relaxation.
And a little fun with three sun-kissed kids going crabbing on the bay.
Yup. Just right.
For 2012, I thought it’d be nice to take a photo of all 3 of our kids together, one (or two) for every month. A little microcosm of life, 12 times throughout the year. This has been our slice of May, in photograph.
