Since I started the Etsy shop, I’ve thought it would be kinda’ spiffy to have Elizabeth St. featured on some wedding blogs. And it has happened here or there, which is fun. I enjoy receiving that email, stating that someone somehow found the shop on the big world of Etsy and chose an item to showcase.
But today? I got an email this afternoon from the real deal; a well-known and sought-after blog- you know, one with advertisers and unique ideas – A blog that encourages and supports all things handmade for weddings. This email stated that the shop was featured today. Or, well, something in the shop. And I was more excited than ever before. Because, although it has definitely never been his dream to be featured on a wedding decor blog (!) it kinda’ made Joel’s day.
(Okay, and mine.)
You can see the feature here, on Emmaline Bride – The Wedding Guide for the Handmade Bride.
Donna Bahler - That sounds like quite an honor … good for you, Joel. Hope you’re able to make some sales!
Colleen - ALRIGHT JT! You go! You had better get making those things. The ladies are going to be snatching them up like crazy!
kara - Good job Joel! Those things are hard work — makes it all feel worth it right? Keep up the great work.
Melinda - Awesome Joel!! I love those!
Cheryl - I really like the set he made me. I even used them as a table center piece when we had company to dinner recently!
