What I want to remember:
-Winter sunlight streaming in the windows
-The relief of finals being over
-A long day stretching out before us, unmarred by plans
-The smell of my Grandma’s Holiday Many Way butter cookies in the oven
-Sticky fingers stirring with sticky spatulas
-Saturday disheveled hair
-Lots of laughter as they used the camera
-Christmas carols on the radio
-Two helpers who make me smile with their conversation
