Heirloom.

I still enjoy having some sort of knitting project on the needles much of the time.
This Heirloom Baby Blanket was finished awhile ago, and it may be one of my favorites yet. ‘Not the easiest pattern, but I loved the results. I kept waiting for the repeat to become intuitive and easy to memorize. It never did. I made a mistake on the second pattern repeat, and noticed it about 5″ later. But I think I’ll be making one again–in a larger afghan size, and for us this time. I admit that I may have had a hard time parting with it, to my shame. But I know that a certain baby girl is going to enjoy it very, very soon.

I used Madelinetosh Vintage in the Nectar colorway.

Raveled here.
