Jen & Steve. Connecticut Wedding.

It was a late, late October day. The sun shone like it meant it, the air was scented with the crispness of a beautiful New England autumn; the sky was as blue as it could get. It was the kind of day that stays in your mind, the kind of day where parachutes are dotted against a blue sky, where the light turns more golden by the moment, cementing in the mind the complete privilege of living in Connecticut. And these two got married on this, the best of days. The gathering was small, and classic, and happy. There is so much love for these two from family and friends, such obvious hope for what good things are ahead.
Jen and Steve, thank you for letting me be there, to watch as more memories were made, to photograph you as you began your first day of marriage. Love you.
