Sometimes, when life is busy and filled with little moments of disparate and increasing stress, it’s best to start out the week quietly. Slowly. Peacefully.
With warmth and feelings of sedate hope. With the knowledge that rain brings greener grass. That clouds make for better sunsets. That the tiring times can bring the most growth and learning. We all have those moments, don’t we?
And along with it, there’s that silent remembrance, the knowledge in our inner recesses that it will, in fact, all work out.
Because this is a moment. A small fragment of time, a weaving in the small piece of our lives. It will pass, things will slow down, things will get better. Stress ebbs and flows. And we grow. Life’s warmth and joys are innumerable. And honestly? They prevail. This is just a small moment.
And through it all, there is this immense love from and for these three children. These three who know enough to remind us of that. We have it good. We are here but for a moment. And we are blessed.
