Life.

Here’s what it’s like having two boys and one girl. For a nanosecond, I get the boys to cooperate for a halfway decent picture. Then, they start goofing around, making noises, playing air guitar, and just being typical Joel and Connor. Nora? Still sits there quietly and smiles. Which is typical, too. So then I ask the boys to hang on, to just act normal so I can make sure we have one good one, and they reply that they are being normal, Mom. And that’s when I realize that this is real life. And either way, being all cute and cooperating, or acting like boyish goobers, I love it.

See how this next one is a  little crooked? It may be from the fact that the photographer was laughing…

**Addendum-

This post was scheduled to publish before our past two weeks full of change and unexpected things occurring. For those clients who are waiting on galleries and albums, please know that I am doing my best as I spend some time in the hospital with our little girl. We went in on Monday, intending to be home that afternoon. Due to some unforeseen complications in the OR, we only got home Wednesday, and now we are back in the hospital again. Things will be delayed for both photography clients and Etsy customers. I don’t know when, but I look forward to all being well and getting back here soon. Thank you for being patient with me. Through all of this scary stress, I still know we have it good; we don’t have to look far to see others who are hurting far more than we.

Thanks for your kindness and your prayers. Nora appreciates them. For that matter, we all do.

P.S. Thank you so much to our friends and family, near and far. You know who you are. You kinda’ are just plain the best. Ever.
